Fulfillment Policy
This Fulfillment Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions of services provided by Strike Digital Marketing, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging in our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not use our services.
1. Service Fulfillment
Strike Digital Marketing, LLC commits to delivering the services agreed upon in the service contract ("Agreement") between the Company and the Client. Our services typically include, but are not limited to, digital marketing strategies, ad space purchasing, social media management, content creation, and AI Chatbot integration. The scope of services and deliverables will be outlined in the Agreement signed by both parties.
2. Delivery Timelines
The Company will use reasonable efforts to meet any delivery timelines agreed upon in the Agreement. However, all timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Company will not be liable for any delays in the provision of services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, technical failures, or third-party delays.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Strike Digital Marketing, LLC for the provision of services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to setup fees, subscription fees, and fees for additional services or products. By engaging our services and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund under any circumstances.
4. Cancellations
To cancel your services with Strike Digital Marketing, LLC, you must provide written notice of cancellation at least fifteen (15) days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. This notice must be sent via email to our customer service department at support@strikedm.com and must include your name, contact information, and details of the service you wish to cancel.
If the notice of cancellation is not received within the specified time frame, the Company reserves the right to charge the Client for the upcoming billing cycle. Cancellation requests received less than fifteen (15) days before the next billing cycle will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the Client will be billed for the subsequent billing cycle.
5. Billing and Payments
All services provided by Strike Digital Marketing, LLC are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified in the Agreement. Payments are due on the date specified in the Agreement, and the Client agrees to provide a valid payment method to facilitate these recurring payments. Failure to provide payment on the due date may result in the suspension or termination of services.
6. Amendments to the Policy
Strike Digital Marketing, LLC reserves the right to amend this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the Client's responsibility to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.
7. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, where Strike Digital Marketing is headquartered.
